Plans allocate encode capacity as soon as payment confirms. Completed purchases are final.
If money leaves your bank but the plan does not activate because of a gateway error, the payment provider typically reverses it in 3–5 business days. We do not capture funds for failed API calls.
If you use your monthly export limit before the plan window ends, unused time is not refunded.
